Greetings to all my wonderful Court Members. I feel so elated that I am through with the semester. I only have to pick up grades next week. Thank you Yeshua! Again, I just wanted to give a quick shout out to all of my new members. I am glad to have you in the court. Feel free to touch bases with me so that I can learn more about you.
Now, there is this trend here in the states known as SUGARING. There are a number of agencies that assist older men that are financially secure find much, much, much younger women to be their companions. This can be something as simple as attending a formal function with the man as his escort, or some men that may be looking for mistresses, there are some that may be looking for younger women to mentor and help out, and some men may be looking for a true PLATONIC friendship.
I am a bit torn on this concept, and here is the reason why. Since there are so many various types of clients that use these services, how do you weed out those clients that have ill intentions? How do you know if people are just using this as a modern day CALL service?
Let me go on record now as saying that I believe that prostitution is Wrong! This basically objectifies the person (Female or male) as body part for gratification. However, if it is 2 consenting adults, that are in their right minds, not under the influence of any mind altering substances, is not being forced of coerced, and makes a decision to be with another person, that is between those two adults.
I do have issues with married men, seeking out these individuals to knowingly commit adultery on their spouses. This troubles me deeply. Marriage is a serious COVENANT, it should not be taken lightly. I am not naive though, I know many that take marriage as a simple convenience. Something to do done at the time.
On the other hand, I truly like the idea that there are individuals out there that care out the welfare of others and are willing to lend a helping hand to someone that is outside of their family or immediate circle of friends.
If the service is used in the right context, I could see the benefits. If it is misused like most of the other things that human beings come up with, which should be useful then, Ce la vie!
Let me know what you all think about this idea. Is it ok for rich or wealthy men to buy dates, or mistresses, or companions or friends? Is this a concept that you could see spreading worldwide?
